IRONMAN ARIZONA PRE RACE!!!
Wow... I am absolutely pumped up for the race in the morning. It will be an exclamation mark on a great and challenging year! From entering the wolrd of ULTRA Running, to having plastic surgery, to recovering and taking 2.5 months OFF of training to recover from it. This will be an amazing race tomorrow. I will absolutely leave everything I have in my body and soul on that course, and I KNOW I will be a proud man when I finish. I truly consider myself the luckiest man in the world. Surrounded by an incredible family, the most amazing wife any man could ask for, the most incredible friends who serve as a catalyst to keep pushing forward! I love and appreciate all of you and will catch you on the flip side when I become an IRONMAN for the 2nd time...

I'm so happy you already made it to be the real "Ironman" after your gastric bypass. You really had the courage and discipline to do things happen. You are such an inspiration to us who are morbidly obese. I'm now really opt to have mine as well. Phoenix gastric bypass surgeon i need a schedule!!
